We believe that Software development is one thing but providing personalized and in depth support post development and while installation is taking place is very important. All Software's and Applications developed by DreamSoft are extremely user friendly and easy to navigate but providing Training and Support is the top priority at DreamSoft.
We have developed a Client Support Portal for interface to all Clients where in they can Login and Send a E-Ticket (Short Mail) to DreamSoft. Clients can get all their Projects running with DreamSoft and moment they raise the Ticket, Team DreamSoft will get an Alert on the same. Project Execution Procedure at DreamSoft:
Initial Project Discussion: After Project Confirmation, detailed Analysis Meeting will be done from our side in which various concepts of the Projects will be discussed along with the Sections and Outputs Expected as per the Feature List confirmed.
Home Page Demo & Virtual Flow of Website/Package: As per the Initial Discussion, Home Page Demo of the website / Package will be designed as per your Logo Color Scheme / Colors Preferred (if any) and to and fro interaction will take place for the same process. After Demo Confirmation from your side, we will carry out the Virtual Flow of the Website / Package / Application which can be seen by clicking various Sections and in depth analysis will be done in order to finalize this Flow.
Programming of the Modules: As per the Virtual Flow of the website, Programming will start of the different modules of the website including the Admin Part. As the modules get developed there will be basic testing done from our side for the same and they will be shown to you online all the time as they get developed. Some form of Data Entry will be required from your side as well. Interaction will take place between our team and your coordinator for the same.
Testing & Data Entry: Basic Manual Testing will be done from our side and your Coordinator / Team will enter the required data for the Project in the Admin Section.
Website / Application Goes Live!! : After basic data entered from your side, after your confirmation, website / application will be made live.
Support from DreamSoft: DreamSoft will remain in complete support for any problems with the website / application for Six Months after the Website / Application goes live. During this period, our Support Ticketing System will be used by your team to raise issues regarding the website / application developed by us. DreamSoft has a dedicated Client Support Application on http://support.dreamsoftindia.com – your team will be given the required user name and password details to log on to the same.
Our Total Support remains with the Client on a New Project Development for Six Months post Implementation and after that we take Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from the Client for the same. Following are the Types of AMC's we Sign with Clients.
